Several trigger methods available,
AudioRec can trigger recordings via VOX,
Voltage, Caller-id, Called-id or DTMF.
Using voice activated mode (VOX) will
start recording when ever a voice is detected on the tapped line. Analog phone calls can be accurately recorded from beginning to end
via On Hook and Off Hook Voltage detection.
All types of phones including analog,
digital Pbx extensions and ISDN lines can be started or stopped via Caller
id or DTMF. This option allows you to
to stop recording your private calls automatically or manually.
Highly configurable,
AudioRec can be configured to work as a single system supporting just a few
or up to thousands of lines. Several systems can be set up in parallel to
increase the capacity further. AudioRec Server engine is capable of handling
millions of records.

Client-Server architecture,
Implementing the true client server architecture, AudioRec has an invisible
server software that runs at the background as NT service. There is no need
to Log in to Windows. This will allow the Windows software to run at a
higher performance. Unauthorized users will not be able to login to the
system due to Windows security. On the other hand clients with authorized
password will be able to access to the system via network.
Free
network client software,
AudioRec client software is license free without limitations. Several users
can access the system from the network at the same time and work with
records without effecting the system performance. Furthermore you can enjoy
the lifetime free updates for the client software.
Work
with distributed systems,
AudioRec clients can work with several
networked servers even if they are at different locations. The client will
connect to the selected servers and let you work with the records from a
single interface with ease. Illustrating

aware that you may be too busy to check the status of your recorder servers
especially if there are many of them. Let AudioRec do it for you. Install
AudioRec Control Center to your personal computer connected to the network.
It will monitor all the servers for you and let you know immediately if
there is a problem.
Monitor lines with ease,
AudioRec monitor screen will show you status of all the lines on a single
page. While a recording is being made you will notice the icon of a specific
line become green and counter will start running. Dialed numbers, direction
off call, caller id, record status, voltages and VOX level can be viewed
from this screen. Simply click on play button to listen to the conversation
live. Furthermore you can make researchable notes about the conversation
during the recording.
Detailed archive,
When
the number of recordings reaches into the thousands, you will need a
detailed archiving system to find the recording you need. AudioRec’s filter
function will shorten your search time significantly. Filter the archive via
date, duration, caller-id, dialed numbers, channel name, server or direction
of calls. You can research notes taken during the calls as well.
Channel based settings,
AudioRec allows you to set each channel
to suit your individual needs
. This property lets you set the channel parameters like channel name,
compression ratio, record media, trigger method, auto gain control etc.

AudioRec offers an extensive array of access security settings. Users with
